As you all know we will be going to Orlando, FL, June 13-16, 2024. We will be staying at the Holiday Inn Resort & Waterpark (Formally Nickelodeon Family Suites). The rooms are two-bedroom suites, which includes:

• One room with king bed

• One room with two bunk beds

• Living room with queen sofa sleeper

• Small kitchen area

You will be able to purchase a Walt Disney Hopper /Universal Studios hopper ticket. The tickets are good for all day Friday and Saturday at the park you choose. Walt Disney Hopper tickets consist of:

Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios and the Epcot Center. Universal includes:

Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure Parks.

The price for trip is $700.00/person 10 & up and 690.00/person 3-9 for Disney, $630.00/person 10 & up and $620.00/person 3-9 for Universal.

This price includes: 3 night hotel, 2 day hopper ticket, buffet breakfast (Sunday Only) and bus seat. The bus company requires every person must be in a seat (regardless of age). Theme parks require a ticket for every person age 3 and up. In order to get these prices at this rate there will be six people in each room. If you choose to have the room to yourself you will have to pay the extra to make up the difference of the price of the room. These are suites and not hotel rooms.

Everything has increased, therefore, to help with the increase in cost I will begin accepting deposits now. This allows you from now until May 1s' to pay for your balances. You do not have a spot on the bus until deposits are paid. I will accept deposits until bus is filled and will take multiple buses but additional buses will only be added if there are enough people to fill the bus.

We will have scheduled payments as follows:

• First payment - ASAP or no later than February 16, 2024 (minimum $100 per person)

• Second payment - March 15, 2024

• Third payment - April 6, 2024

All monies are to be paid in full no later than May 1st (no exceptions). Because, monies have to paid to the hotel, ticket service & bus company by this date. You can choose to pay your total bill before the due date. The schedule has been set up for your convenience, to prevent you from having a large balance due on May 1st.

In the event, you are unable to attend trip the price of the bus seat ($100) is non-refundable. Because the payments to the bus company must be pre-paid. Your first payment is to cover payment for the bus seat. This means your $100 per person deposit is non-refundable. Please be mindful of this policy.
